By downloading or using Descubrio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use this service.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Descubrio is a space for authentic human connection. To ensure a safe community for all explorers:

• Objectionable Content: You may not post content that is offensive, insensitive, upsetting, intended to disgust, violent, or in exceptionally poor taste.
• No Tolerance Policy: Descubrio maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive users. We reserve the right to remove content and permanently ban users who violate these community standards.
• Reporting & Moderation: Users can report any journey or profile directly within the app. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours to ensure a safe environment.

4. Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the original content you post. However, by posting on Descubrio, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content with other users according to your selected privacy settings.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to "scrape" data, post fraudulent business reviews, or use the app to harass others. We prioritize real human experiences over automated or sponsored influencer content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Descubrio is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for the safety, accessibility, or current conditions of the locations shared by users. Explore at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Descubrio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or your visits to user-suggested locations.
